Yes, I have been REALLY distracted today, why do you ask?

Anyway, I've created a new community for people who make bentos: [info]bento_recipe. I'd really love some of my fellow foodies to help build a recipe box especially for bentos, which, if you're like me means only packing boxes for 1 or 2 people, requires recipes that only make small quantities...except for those who make lots of something then freeze it (like [info]vg_ford...who I hope will also share her recipes). I just can't seem to get into the habit time wise and don't have the freezer room.

Membership is open, posting is members only.

Please, if you love bentos and healthy eating, I hope you'll join and post. Tanks.

[info]lenneth and I were quite surprised to discover that there were no comms dedicated to Patricia A. McKillip except for one for a specific book.

So we made one!

[info]mckillip is a comm dedicated to all things by Patricia A. McKillip, though we will accept discussion of the wonderful artist Kinuko Y. Craft who has done the majority of McKillip's wonderful covers.

McKillip is a World Fantasy Award winner (1975, The Forgotten Beasts of Eld), multiple Mythopoeic Award winner (1994, Something Rich and Strange, illustrated by Brian Froud; 2003, Ombria in Shadow; and 2007, Soltice Wood), and 1996 Nebula Award nominee (Winter Rose). Her books are rich and beautiful.

If you love this author's work, or want to become acquainted with it, we invite you to join the community! :)
